I had a good overall experience at Grand Heritage Resort, with really good staff who were attentive and very helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, close to a metro station, and the food was decent. However, the bathrooms could use some upgrades, as I encountered some hygiene issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
